Top one has no texture, just HDRI reflections
Bottom one has Diffuse and Bump Map along with HDRI reflections
This is part of a collab me and DBK are doing, where both of us are modelling the same mech based on a reference picture then creating a scene with the two twins. So keep an eye on DBK for updates!

damn I really need to learn how hdri works

it sounds so simple, yet I don't know anything about it :(

it's time for me to test out more rendering techniques in 3dsmax... any hints? ;)

this is a realy nice render!
