i was really happy with the way the textures and HDRI came out.
i didnt turn on raytracing antialiasing, so i did some "manual antialiasing" *smudge smudge* in photoshop as well as giving it a softer look
some people didnt like the background in my previous wallpaper so this time i went for a clean background with some simple framing (in which icons should fit correctly for a 1280x1024 res

Well, you definitely accomplished your goal, it would be nice to see it in a scene though ;) Maybe you could model the surface-to-air missile (SAM) launcher firing after it, just like the image you showed me beforehand.
