For some stupid and annoying reason (this has happened before and i keep forgetting how to fix it)
i rebooted my pc and ultramon decided TO NOT RENDER MY RIGHT TASK BAR and i cant get it back. Anyone rememeber how to fix this? Ive got this problem like 3 times before

step 1. came home from uni to find trend micro needed to reboot for its update
step 2. rebooted, wheres my second task bar??
step 3. anger and frustration searching google/forums for a solution, messing around with monitor primary/secondary/clone/span/position
step 4. <NEED HELP HERE>
step 5. Fixed!

EDIT:
hmm
well i was reading the forums and it said there should be "UltraMonTaskbar.exe" loaded so i just manually ran that and it gave me my taskbar. so i just created a link to startup to load that file >_<  heh

Actually, that happens to me quite often. I just right click the ultramon thing, go to properties, then the taskbar. It should still be checked, so uncheck it, apply the settings, then go back and check it, and when you apply it it'll re-appear.

No problem. When I used dual-head, I just had my taskbar on the secondary monitor. It worked fine for me.
